CSA-PGH
Community Supported Art (CSA PGH) is a distrubtion model for art based on the food CSA ("community-supported agriculture"). In place of food products, CSA PGH distributes shares of art, each in limited editions. Artists are commissioned by CSA PGH, thereby allowing art to reach patrons directly without galleries, dealers or auction houses. Founded in 2013 by Casey Lee Droege, Corey Escoto, Blaine Siegel and Kilolo Luckett, CSA PGH is one of several innovative models to sustain artists within their local communities.
